Okay, so I’ve been trying to undo almost 10 years of Zeus sharing the bed (and when I say sharing, I mean Zeus two thirds, me one!). Unfortunately when the motorhome came along I had to scale down from a king size to a double bed, and was subsequently waking up feeling like I was suffering from the early onset of ‘scoliosis’! (Of course Zeus was quite comfortable sprawled across the bottom of the bed.) Barka Parka was my last hope!

So the new bed arrived and I started to think we might be onto something. It wasn’t too long before he couldn’t resist the temptation to snuggle in. And finally, what we like to call ‘flip-top’ (or ‘nuts to the wind’) … always a good sign that he’s comfortable. He still attempts to creep into bed in the early hours but a quiet ‘back to your bed’ and off he trots. Surely it’s too good to be true?

Okay, maybe I was expecting too much too soon. This is going to be a long battle of wills between ‘man’ and beast! I love his new bed and I’m sure he does too (although he’ll never admit it). Thanks Kara & Simon for such a great product. Keep you posted on the ‘scoliosis’.
